Glynnis Proskurnicki

I have many years of experience working in Retail in both Visual Merchandizing and Customer Service. I am a people oriented person who enjoys working with fellow employees and customers. I am a creative driven self starter who can work without supervision and as a team. I am proficient with cash registers and especially enjoy the furniture and decor industry.

I am proficient in Visual Merchandizing where I am capable of creating displays which provoke more sales for companies.

I am able to read and implement Planograms within retail settings and follow company Visual strategies and standards. I have experience creating, installing and pricing merchandise and taking part in annual inventories.

I have been responsible for effectively marking down defective and old merchandise to create room for new products  on the sales floor.

Can effectively lead and train other associates within a specific department. 

I have received Visual Merchandizing Arts diploma from Sheridan College. 

I recently acquired in January my CPR training certification through the Red Cross. I completed a Health & Safety course required by previous employer.
