Proficient in application of: DocuSign; Emergent; Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Explorer, HP Scanning, Google chrome, internet Explorer, Sage 50, and Access.

Junior Corporate Law Clerk: Commence review of annual resolutions of Board of Directors and Shareholders covering the operation of the Corporation for the preceding fiscal period. Preparation of waiver regarding Financial Statements and Audit Exemption/Notice of Appointment of Auditors, Register of Individuals with Significant Control. Prepare Dividend, and Promisory notes resolutions.
