Graeme Kidson

I am a family man with a wonderful wife and three kids. I am a mechanical engineer by training, having specialized extensively in composite material processing and tooling. I am capable of designing and manufacturing parts and components myself. I am, however, a team player and fit in well with colleagues.

I have almost two decades of experience in a mix of R&D, production, design, and jobbing environments, mostly with some composite material direction. I also have managerial experience having been responsible for staff from qualified engineers to hand labour. I have been an employee and an employer, having started my own company 9 years ago. I have skills that include additive and subtractive manufacturing, extensive 3D CAD ability, CAM, some fea, and the usual MS office abilities. I can operate CNC and manual milling and turning equipment, as well as most other workshop tools.
