Gregory Pagdato

I am a Kinesiology professional with a background in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries. I specialize in working with older adults, planning recreational activities and providing exceptional customer service.  I am searching for a part-time/casual position that satisfies my desire to give back and help others become a better version of themselves both physically and mentally.

Currently, I work as a Fitness Success Coach at Movements Fitness in St. Albert.  In this position, I am the Lead Trainer with primary responsibilities of supervising and mentoring colleagues, creating and reviewing exercise programs, completing client assessments and ensuring safe training methods are followed.  Working in this environment has allowed me to demonstrate my skills in adaptability, attention to detail and prioritizing my duties in an extremely fast paced environment.

I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba in 2012.  I obtained certifications as a Functional Aging Specialist, Human Movement Specialist and have current certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have experience working with older adults in fitness and long-term care settings.
