Experience
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Provide assistance with technical problems related to computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

- Ensure that all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates

Education
- Efficiently install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, network equipment, and server to ensure optimal performance and security across client sites
- Provide systematic instructions to fix technological issue, backup solutions whatever necessary
- Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade both Mac and Windows operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, macOS, Android and iOS.
- Familiarity with Active directory, Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019,2022), Servers, network administration and configuration, including the management of CISCO switches, routers, firewalls, and other critical network devices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users, ensuring a positive service experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Respond promptly to technical support requests, providing effective solutions to end-users and ensuring a positive customer service experience
- Skilled in extranet, intranet, internet, servers, desktop applications, word processing software, Microsoft word and Microsoft windows
- Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and implementing improvements as necessary to ensure a robust and reliable network infrastructures
- Collaborate actively with the IT team on various network infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation within defined timelines
- Install and upgrade anti-virus software and security systems to ensure network security
- Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products
- Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
