I have 21 months experience in IT industry. From the month of January 2021 till the month of July 2021 I worked as a Data Engineer intern at Subex. Wherein I did the data mapping, came across  different types of Frauds which are happening on daily basis and learned the techniques to resolve them. Other than that I got an overview of 5G terminology. Post that from the month of August 2021 till November 2022 I worked as a Software Engineer at HSBC. I was deployed as a SAPI developer and my task was to do the MQ cert renewals for API’s and do the testing using postman collection. Currently, I’m a going to be a student at Vancouver community college wherein I will be pursuing PG diploma in Network technology administration and security. I will be getting a brief idea about networking and cybersecurity in this course of study. I have confidence that I will be able to contribute to your firm.

I am currently working as a customer experience associate at BC gadgets, Maple Ridge. Wherein I’m handling all sorts of customer queries on daily basis. Moreover, I’m ensuring all the customers who interact with company products have positive experience.
