Over 8 years of combined experience in customer support, warehouse operations, and teamwork-focused roles, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness. Skilled at providing quality service, supporting diverse individuals, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Proven ability to work collaboratively, follow health and safety protocols, and deliver compassionate, client-centered support in both fast-paced and care-oriented environments.

Currently pursuing a Health Care Assistant Diploma at Western Community College, Surrey, BC. This program provides hands-on training in personal care, communication, infection control, and supporting clients in community and residential settings. Developing practical skills to promote clients’ independence, safety, dignity, and overall well-being while working collaboratively within the health care team.
