About Gurbinder Kaur:

As a passionate and proactive professional with over 10 years of human resource experience, I believe that I can contribute to the HR team for achieving strategic and operational success. 

I recently accomplished my CHRL- Knowledge and employment law and attained my CHRP designation

During my tenure, I have been advising and supporting the entire HR team (across Ontario and BC)and department leaders on all aspects of people and culture with adherence to organizational policies, practices,procedures and regional legislations( AODA, ESA, Human Rights, Pay equity, WSIB and Health and Safety Act)

In my professional journey, I have also led HR transformational projects such as:

·       Designing and implementing performance management process
·       Compensation restructuring
       Establishing JHSC committee 
·       Implementation of training platform
·       Employee engagement programs
·       HRIS solution implementation such as: NetSuite (Oracle base ERP), ADP, SumHR and COLLAGE.

I firmly believe, I can be a great asset for any organization due to my years of experience, professional HR knowledge , right set of competencies and attitude of continuous learning.
