Currently serving as an Associate Manager at SS&C Technologies, I specialize in optimizing client operations, leading technology integrations, and enhancing reporting processes. My background includes managing investor relations and client services for hedge, mutual, and private equity funds, notably at Citco Fund Services, where I was selected to collaborate directly with Davidson Kempner to streamline intercompany workflows. I am a financial operations and investor relations professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, including hedge funds, mutual funds, and banking. Currently, I serve as Vice President at Citco Fund Services, where I contribute to departmental strategy, oversee service execution, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process and system enhancements. Prior to this, I was a Manager at SS&C Technologies, where I led a team supporting high-net-worth clients, maintained accurate investor data, and drove training and procedural updates to streamline operations.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Citco as an Investor Relations Supervisor and was selected for a secondment at Davidson Kempner Capital Management. There, I developed a customized reconciliation tool and facilitated communication and process alignment between both firms.
