Gurnoor Ghotra

Hello, I am a university student who has just completed my first year at the University of Toronto, pursuing a degree in Biology. I am currently looking for a job in any field where I can utilize my skills and gain valuable experience. I hold certifications in SMART SERVE, WHMIS, and Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps. I am eager to contribute my strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and ability to adapt to new environments.

I have extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, having worked in roles at Kinton Ramen, Desi Road, and McDonald's. My responsibilities have included greeting and seating customers, handling cashier duties, managing delivery orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. I also have volunteer experience at Regeneration thrift shop and shelter, where I assisted in preparing and packaging meals and organizing donated items. My diverse experience has honed my multitasking abilities, time management skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service.

I have completed my Ontario Secondary School Diploma at Jean Augustine Secondary School in June 2023. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at the University of Toronto, where I have just completed my first year.
