Experience

During my tenure, I have worked upon a variety of design projects and have got experience in different domains of textile and product design such as surface embellishments & patterns making, weaving, surface development, space and textiles, textile crafts, paper lampshades, research, and concept development and this has aided my proficient knowledge in the process and responsibilities of this position.

I have been working as a CMF (Colour, Material & Finish) designer at Orient Electrics. My role was to establish a design strategy to add emotional and functional values to the product, implementing optimized materials, colors, and details. Based upon research on trending lifestyles, new materials, markets, and technologies, I establish CMF strategies required for product design.

My education background entails a Master’s degree in Textile design from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, which is India’s premier design institute.
