experience working closely with development team as SCRUM Practitioner to plan, organize,
implement, and test various development applications related to Telecommunication and
Information Technology industry.
My professional history includes position such as, Technical Analyst at IXICA Communications Inc., Implementation and LNP Specialist at Beanfield, Unified Support Technician 2 at GoCo Technologies Inc. - TELUS, Quality Assurance and Training position at TorTel Communications as well as in Citel Technologies UK Ltd, IP Consultant role with quality audit in Wipro and Technical Customer care executive in Allsec Technologies. In all these positions, I have experience in supporting end user. My experiences in various technologies and skills including operations and billing system, project management, testing and implementations will be beneficial to adapt with team.
