- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
- Bring the books to the Trial balance stage, create reports and financial statements.
- Calculate and Prepare cheques for payroll processing.
- Calculate Fixed asset and depreciation.
- Prepare T2 returns.
- Monthly review of ageing of Debtors and Vendor and follow-up with the customers.
- Reconcile Bank, credit cards, interunit ledgers, bills receivable and bills payable.
- Employees claim bills booking and doing its reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Reporting and documentation.
- Process improvement.
- Supporting auditors at the time of Audit and providing supporting documentation and clarification of each ledger.
