Use cisco tools (ISE, IronPort and cisco AMP) for network monitoring, email tracking and system
scanning and virus protection
Support Mac OS in corporate environment using JMF pro
Lead the design and implementation of computing solutions that deliver a high-quality
experience for end-users
Participate in Major Incident Management process as the SME for end-user Compute
Fine tune and optimize systems to ensure maximum performance benefits
Assist in the design, architecture, and deployment of new technologies and/or products at each
client site together with the technical and sales teams
Develop and continually update document best-practice processes for client sites to ensure
service standardization, documentation and process are tested and available to the support team
Act as Primary support contact for Senior Leadership/Management Team or Provide White-Glove
support service(s) and/or Technical Assistance to Senior Management when/where required
