• Re-engineered and built the infrastructure for Municipal Revenue System from Plan,
Prototypes, Conceptual Models, Forms Templates, Reports Templates, Libraries to manage them, etc.
• Migrated, planned and developed the Ministry of Finance Asset Resource System for Stock, and Help Desk.
• Delivered National Payroll System Project Life Cycle with System Development Plan, and Conceptual Plan.
• Vocational School Training System Conceptual Plan.
• Planned and developed the Employee Training System
• Achieved the Real Estate Transfer of Ownership Conceptual Model.
• Planned and developed the Data Mining Interface between Municipality Revenue System and Budget System integration across ministries, and treasury systems.
• Plan and developed the migrated systems data between different platforms and databases, using patches, and optimized query SQL procedures, data warehouse, ETL method, etc.
• Achieved Business Process Re-modeling, aimed at reducing cost, time and effort
• Implemented the ISO and Quality Assurance features such as documentation, phases
requirements, auditing review, test scenarios, and traceability, etc.
I used different methods and languages like an Analyst Developer using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Rational Unified Process, ISO standards, and using Object Oriented (UML) or Entity Relational ER Models. In addition, I used .Net intensively (C#, VB), Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server T-SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, etc. These expertise are fortified by two masters degree in Management Information Systems (ISO Standards, etc), and Information Technologies (PLC, etc), and a BS degree in Computer Science.
