Lending and Funding Services – Agency Services (Operations)  Process transactions in ACBS upon requests from assigned Borrowers for advances, rollovers, conversions, or repayments.  Ensure participants lenders are notified on draw request, repayment and applicable rates (Prime, LIBOR SOFR, CDOR) are set in accordance with Credit Agreement.  Act as client agent to assist on secondary assignments in Clear Par, create spreadsheet macro, due diligence for new lenders and post transaction in ACBS. Ensure all trades are settled timely without any inputting errors.  Read the Credit Agreement and have a thorough understanding of features, structure, restriction and any covenants and periodic schedule repayment pertaining to the syndicate loans.  Act as verification analyst for all ACBS two touch transactions created by other analyst  Assist with the daily reconciliation of the Agency internal accounts by following up with the lenders for missing entries.  Input or verify payments in RBC Express, RIMMS as required for payments which cannot be processed through ACBS  Monitor several reports associated with incoming funds over/under remittance, correct reconciliation of funds and clear any outstanding items by coordinating with reconciliation team.
 Ensure all lending transactions are booked and managed correctly, minimizing operational risks and losses, and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedure.
CIBC Bank – Senior Credit Officer (Contract Manpower Group)
Commercial Real Estate (Credit Processing Services) March-22 to Aug-22
 Review and conduct detailed analysis of financial statements and related documents of bilateral as well as Syndicate credit facility for assigned portfolio. Ensure compliance with loan agreement through verification of performance against financial covenants, margin limits within the established service level agreement.
 Accurately prepare transactions related forms and schedules to advance or paydown loans for bilateral as well as Syndication deals for assigned portfolio.
 Support Relationship Managers to fulfill day to day service request like loan statement, full/partial payout schedule, sending BA trade confirmation and interest calculation if any discrepancy and own good knowledge of corporate lending facilities.
 Coordinate with trade finance team for booking new/amendment of LC request and adjusting limits post issuance.
 Book new BA or rollover existing BA for bilateral and syndicate details on maturity date as per client’s instruction and prepare supporting documents accordingly.
 Execute fresh drawdown request by ensuring that funding value is derived as per draw margin and lending value is programmed as per the credit agreement. Request sub search and ensure title is clear before funding.

 Validate solicitor and customer information is correctly captured in funding portal and co-ordinate with branch partners to update details.
 Issue instructions to solicitor and verify funding request is in line with credit approval.
