My name is Harshal Gambhir. I moved to Ontario on Sep 11, am open to work and can join immediately.

I am an IT Consultant, with over six years of work experience in the Oracle JD Edwards ERP and the Salesforce implementation, upgrade and support projects across multiple organisations- Deloitte USI, Navisite and Infosys Limited. I hold four active certifications- Oracle JD Edwards E1 9.2 Distribution Implementation Specialist, Salesforce certified Administrator, Certified Scrum Master and KPMG Six Sigma Green Belt.

I have lead the efforts in master data management in mock cycles, design workshops, interface testing, integration testing, regression testing, user training and specifications documentation activities. I developed solutions in Oracle JDE UX One and Orchestrator to help clients innovate. I have participated actively in firm initiatives at Deloitte and Navisite with respect to ERP and CRM systems.

I believe in sharing my knowledge with the team and working together to serve our valuable clients. I have acted as a mentor to some of my teammates guiding them in their professional career and also learning from them.

Implement and upgrade the Oracle JD Edwards solutions specific to Order to Cash, Logistics and inventory modules following the agile methodologies. Lead the customer, items master data management, design workshops, interface testing, integration testing, regression testing, execution of integrity reports, user training and specifications documentation activities. Work on Salesforce Admin tasks, test the developed solutions, flows, reports and dashboards with respect to sales cloud, service cloud, community portal and CPQ.
