• Completed Civil Structural academic coursework, which has allowed me to be experienced in structural analysis and design (steel, concrete, and masonry design). 
• Capstone project; 
• designing a 6-storey steel storage building
• Evaluated the windload, snowload, seismic loading on the building using provided architectural drawings
• Designed shear wall, braced frame, and composite steel deck design. 
• ETABS model created for whole steel building 
• Have designed and learned about design of multiple types of highway bridges, having done many structural design reports, going over detailed designs of bridges based on real structural drawings.

Capstone design projects: 

• Part of a team for an 8-month Capstone engineering project  
• Tasked with creating structural designs for a 6-storey multistorey steel storage facility
• Full detailed design to be created in the coming semester 
• Alternate structural designs were presented (Shear-wall lateral resisting system vs cross bracings, steel-composite deck vs hollow core concrete deck, Steel vs concrete columns) 
• software (RsMeans) to create preliminary cost estimation 

Bridge Design Experience: 

• Bride inspection report of real bridge using OSIM inspection forms 
• All bridges are designed based off of real existing bridges around Canada using provided structural drawings 
• Design/Structural design report of single-span steel box/ I girder bridge
• Design/Structural design report of box culvert bridge 
• Design/Structural design report of ridged frame bridge 
• Design/Structural design report of Skew bridges
