  • Advanced productivity KPIs by leading trainings on procedures and safety practices.
  • Lead a team of 75+ warehouse associates to hire, train, assess, lead and motivate employees and responsible for coaching, training and career development.

Established positive and effective communication among unit staff and organization leadership, reducing miscommunications and missed deadlines.
