As a determined and self-aware individual, I strive to use kindness as a tool to encourage equity among my colleagues. With an abundance of academic and professional experience, I continue to seek opportunities to be a life-long learner and will always welcome constructive feedback to improve my skills.

In 2019, I began my career as a Customer Experience Coop Student for SaskPower. In this role, I was introduced to the importance of understanding the consumer to ensure a positive customer experience, which can be achieved, in part, by customer journey mapping. From there, I went on to work as a Corporate Affairs Coop Student at Viterra Canada Inc. until May of 2022. I was involved in a global rebrand, producer relationship-building activities, the development and implementation of digital strategies, event management and corporate community investment
initiatives. I drafted, reviewed and distributed internal and external communications, including employee magazine articles, media releases, e-blasts, social and web content, video tutorials and more. Most recently, I have worked as a Communications Advisor for the County of Grande Prairie where I have been tasked with creating
various types of communications for internal and external audiences, including media releases, speeches,
social and web content, employee notices, training modules and more. I have also been
involved in drafting and executing strategic communications and promotional plans, including budget
management and tactic design.
