Heba Alhajari

I grew up in a family full of teachers which inspired me to take on this rewarding profession. Having lived and travelled internationally, I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Furthermore, I hold a track record of successful teaching and education progress. I have been teaching children from different backgrounds for several years both in Canada and in the Gulf region. 

With over 5 years of Canadian and international teaching experience, Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Carleton University in Canada, and TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certification from Oxford Seminars, I am principally interested in utilizing my dynamic teaching skills and English language in an academic setting.

A.B.I.S Private School, Ottawa-Canada, 2021 to Present
Third Grade Teacher
• Created a safe and supportive classroom where students were encouraged to engage in deep thinking and actively participate in their learning through cooperative learning activities.
• Prepared, created, and taught lessons in all areas of curriculum plan using a multitude of resources
• Taught lessons in math, language arts, science, and social studies to 22 third grade students following
