Experience

Customer service: providing excellent service to guests, responding to their needs and requests, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Communication: effectively communicating with guests, co-workers, and supervisors, including listening attentively, speaking clearly and professionally, and writing accurately.

Attention to detail: paying close attention to the setup, appearance, and cleanliness of the banquet space and ensuring that everything is in its proper place.

Time management: efficiently managing your time to ensure that food and drinks are served in a timely manner, guests are attended to promptly, and tasks are completed within the allotted time.

Teamwork: working collaboratively with other servers, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Flexibility: adapting to changes in the event plan, such as adjustments to the menu or changes in the number of guests, and being able to work under pressure.

Food handling: knowledge of safe food handling procedures, including hygiene, storage, and preparation, to ensure that guests are served safe and delicious food.
