I have a strong background in technical skills and project management. With proficiency in multiple operating systems, applications, and platforms such as Windows, Android, iOS, Microsoft Office 365, Google Sheets, SQL, and MYSQL, I have the technical knowledge to drive success in any project.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Gantt Charts, risk analysis, stakeholder management, change control, and SWOT analysis. As a Sales and Services Team Member at Hero-Reva Motors, I collaborated with internal teams and assisted in supply chain management. While working as a Customer Service Associate for RedCross Canada during the Hurricane Fiona disaster assistance program, I developed effective communication and customer service skills.

I hold a Master of Engineering in Quality Systems Engineering from Concordia University and completed a  IT Analyst Program from NPower Canada. I also completed relevant course projects such as "Improving the Sales of a Company by Addressing Customer Needs" and "Automated Warehouse with Drone Delivery".

With a diverse skill set and experience, I am eager to take on new challenges and contribute to a team's success in the field of technical and project management.
