Hello! I am a fourth-year student at the University of Calgary pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with a minor in Biological Sciences! Currently, I am also working as Medical Office Assistant and have more than 4 years of experience in the healthcare field. I am also a fundraising coordinator for a non-profit organization which has officially partnered with Autism Canada to help raise funds to provide resources for those who are part of the Autistic community.

My professional experience as a Medical Office Assistant has provided me with valuable insights into the intersection of healthcare and public health. Through my role, I have been actively involved in supporting patients, coordinating appointments, and managing medical records. By ensuring efficient patient flow and maintaining accurate documentation, I have contributed to the delivery of quality healthcare services. Moreover, my interactions with diverse patient populations have heightened my awareness of the social determinants of health and the importance of addressing health disparities. By promoting patient education, providing support, and implementing preventive measures, I have witnessed the positive impact of proactive healthcare approaches on individuals and communities.

My educational experience in Biological Anthropology and Public Health has provided me with a strong foundation in health principles and methodologies.
