About Ibukun Okeniyi:

I have worked in different organizations that have given me the opportunity to be able to improve myself and to develop good interpersonal skills, Management skills as well as good Customer Service and leadership skills. I enjoy working independently and as a team member, making sure that things are done perfectly and efficiently without any problems. My goal is to serve as a diligent and excellent member of any organization I find myself in.

I possess drive, ambition, and an extensive skill set that includes file and document management, inventory and supplies processing, data entry, and  record keeping, and more than five years of experience in an executive and administrative support role.’

Experience

Administrative support (Hr Department) – ErinOak Kids                             

  • Major responsibility is to input and organize all human resources data in Excel and provide administrative support for the HR department.
  • My position supports the department’s day-to-day operations and ensures their consistency with administrative processes and requirements.
  • Assist with gathering client information and maintaining updated records.
  • Responsibilities also include, scheduling duties, assisting with correspondence tracking, ordering supplies, and electronic and paper file management.

Financial Administrative Assistant - Mercedes-Benz Financial                      

● Attend to inbound customer service financial requests from Daimler Truck Financial (DTF) customers and
dealers in a prompt and professional manner.
● Quote payoffs and provide payment information using QuickBooks and other in-house platforms
● Assist customers and dealers with all inquiries regarding their account portfolio (i.e., due date
changes, auto pay changes, etc.)
● Timely and accurately process customer requests in accordance with service standards and in
compliance with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Canada Corporation procedures.
● Identify possible improvements or changes within the Customer Service Department to streamline processes and
improve overall customer and dealer satisfaction.

Administrative Assistant – Patty A Store
● Liaise with internal business units and external vendors regarding dispatch and supply.
● Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
● Review, modify and prepare expense reports, letters, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel
workbooks and other correspondence materials; research, compile and summarize information/data.
● Process invoices for payment in adherence with documented processes and guidelines and vendor agreements

Administrative Assistant- Holborn Scholars Foundation December 2016 - January 2020
● Managed the office calendar, scheduled meetings, and took meeting minutes thereby improving efficiency
in the administrative department.
● Responsible for the administration of the center and clerical functions and consistently met
performance milestones with high level accuracy and speed.
● Prepared detailed documentation and reports and presented them weekly to staff and board members.
● Communicated effectively with customers by answering over 50 calls daily and responding to all email
inquiries that arrived without delay.
● Performed other tasks such as project management, organizing filing systems, bookkeeping, and sorting inbound
and outbound mail resulting in improved office organization and productivity.
● Managed 100+ client case files monthly in a company database with sensitive and confidential
information without a single complaint from any clients.
