  • Acquire, grow and deepen business opportunities leveraging various sales enablers which include; proposals/bids, presentation detailing the terms and conditions under which financial services are rendered to clients, such as costs or pricing, repayment method as well as collateral requirements. I also leverage COIs such as accountants/lawyers, Trade Advisors etc.
  • Managed key clients relationships based on knowledgeable advice that is aligned to the clients’ business objectives and lifecycle
  • Responsible for credit structuring and making recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank Policy & Procedures.
  • Worked collaboratively with internal partners to deepen relationships and grow the overall profitability of the portfolio.
  • Ability to take calculated risk to increase sales and ensure customer retention
