Responsible for end-to-end Program planning, management and execution of new fulfillment initiatives under PC Express products umbrella.

Technical facilitator for all new Rapid Delivery initiatives, such as Order Failure, Flow of Funds, Receipt emission, Customer Support, and User Interface enhancements. My purpose was to help our partners (Doordash and GlobalPayments) and our teams to improve focus, excellence, communications and problem-solving.

Accomplishments:

· Supported the rollout of the new SaaS Delivery platform for DashMart warehouses in Kitchener, London and Toronto. Loblaw digital is the first company to offer 30 minutes delivery to grocery customers in Canada.

· Discovered core gaps on the Rapid Delivery platform, such as receipt emission failure, assortment change without customer knowledge, and other user interface gaps.

· PC Express picker trained to increase overall customer experience understanding.

Skywatch | Implementation Manager | Kitchener, ON, Canada | April, 2021 to July, 2022

Responsible for end-to-end planning, management and execution of new implementations for satellite providers on TerraStream (SaaS data management and distribution platform for earth observation imagery).

Technical facilitator for all new satellite providers initiatives, such as SatRevolution, Wyvern and Modularity Space, helping SaaS customers and our teams to improve focus, communications and problem-solving.

Also provided support as Technical Program Manager for EarthCache, TerraStream, Image Processing and Front-End teams, several new satellite providers initiatives and one research and Development initiative with Canada's Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks (CENGN). 

Accomplishments:

· Supported the implementation of the new VHR product, 30 cm very high-resolution multispectral satellite imagery, in our platform. Skywatch is the first company to offer earth observation imagery with this quality in the industry.

· Skywatch Program Management Framework – A collection of templates, reports and metrics that help better manage a new satellite provider relationship, implementation and overall management.

· Skywatch Competency Matrix, a tool that allows the company to have clarification on what skills we have inside the company and what ones we need to leverage.

· Created the Gravity Cluster Confluence workspace dedicated to the learning and development of our teams, including onboarding guidelines, engineering, project and product management best practices, and more.

· Smart Meetings best practices, an internal initiative that allows meetings to be more productive and focused.

Coached 7 Scrum teams and 1 Kanban team in Agile practices, improving their focus, commitment, openness, quality and productivity, and provided necessary training to create a positive mindset to Lean-Agile methodologies. Also, I mentor and coach other 3 scrum masters, 8 product owners, 4 business SMEs and 6 executives through Lean-Agile practices, values, scaled strategies, metrics and supporting tools.

In the role of Enterprise Agile Coach, I guide 9 Scrum Masters, 32 Product Owners, Engineers and Executives improve their Lean-Agile practices, engineering best practices, transparency metrics, expectation management, and results. Accomplishments:

· Creation of OI Digital Agile Framework, allowing Lean-Agile teams to scale and increase overall alignment and transparency by implementation of new tools and techniques including, Rally (CA Agile Central analytical tool), DevSecOps best practices, tools and metrics, Agile metrics, scaled framework inspired by the Spotify Framework, Design Thinking Lab, UX hub, Engineers Chapter, Scrum Masters Chapter, Chatbot Guild, and much more. This framework allowed the Digital department to scale from 3 to 52 teams in 3 years (over 400 team members) with impressive product results and becoming a reference in the Telecom industry.

· Creator and mentor of Agile Centre of Excellence, training more than 400 professionals in Agile practices.

· Alongside our Design Think Lab, we create 9 personas (B2C and B2B focused), several blueprints, journey maps, and over 10 new product prototypes.

· Manage the Portfolio of 34 Structuring Projects.

· End-to-end Implementation of 2 structuring projects: Transformation (Application of new government rules throughout the telecommunications production chain) and Fiber (New optical fibre solution for clients in a specific distant area in Rio de Janeiro).

· As Business Analyst, I improved the Centralized Telecom Operation process by analysing and elimitating the process gaps in the station control system. The end resoult allowed the automatization of 3 shifts of manual workers into a single 1.
