  • Responsible for team management and service delivery in the development of programs, projects, products, and strategies, resulting in improved and simplified business processes to meet contract deliveries.
  • Responsible for overall project progress and all performance indicators, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to exceed customers' expectations.
  • Relationship building with CTO´s, CIOS, CFO´s and other stakeholders of customers and internal executives. Negotiate solutions that consider the impact on the accounts.
  • Leadership in commercial actions within clients designated, being responsible for understanding the client's needs, opening new business opportunities, developing new service offerings, and conducting contractual renegotiation processes.
  • Outsourcing service delivery management leads and motivates work teams, ensuring agreed deadlines within the contracted service level through a daily management system, assessing performance capacity, Issues and Risks, changes, interventions, and availability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the team, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Responsibility for project cost control (CAPEX / OPEX).
  • Performance in infrastructure projects for the sustainability of environments in physical stores and e-commerce, in the seasonality of major events such as Black Friday / Children's Day / Christmas of the main retail customers in the current market.
