My experience spans various customer-facing roles, including an Omni Channel Specialist at Best Buy and a Team Leader at McDonald's. These positions have enabled me to refine my skills in leadership, team coaching, training and employment standards. I am driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for fostering inclusive environments that empower diverse teams to succeed. My understanding of employment law and labor standards and my dedication to effective team leadership positions me to contribute positively to any organization's human resources initiatives.

Mr professional experience has been in mostly leadership roles within retail positions. I have been given a large amount of trust in all of my roles and have lead and taken responsibility for diverse groups of individuals in a number of different workplaces. 

My education was in a college program that focused on Human Resource Management, teaching me the skills needed to be a successful leader in the field. As well I have a bachelor's degree from Wilfrid Laurier that taught me communication skills, writing skills, as well as time management, and initiative.
