Head project manager on largest commercial scale solar project in Saint John, New Brunswick. Responsible for power purchase agreement negotiation and execution with Saint John Energy.

Lead all Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) power plant applications for a 1.7 GW Alberta portfolio, managing the full project lifecycle from site selection and land lease negotiations to power purchase agreement execution and project sales.

Acted as strategic lead on consolidating two AESO Cluster 1 projects into a single 219 MWac solar project and co-located BESS AESO Cluster 2 project (AESO P3065), optimizing substation use and reducing interconnection costs. 

Served as lead corporate representative for the Oyen I and Oyen II AUC regulatory hearings (AUC proceeding 29307). Responsible for overseeing all AUC-related power plant filings and proceedings within the Alberta portfolio.

Provide project updates and strategic reporting on Canadian operations to senior management, joint venture investors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Successfully supported Generating Unit Owner’s Contribution (GUOC) financing negotiations with Crayhill Capital Management, securing a USD 15 million initial commitment credit facility (expandable to USD 50 million), enabling timely posting of GUOC evidence to maintain project timelines.

Drive project origination and offtake discussions across Canada, leading cross-functional coordination of legal, technical, and commercial teams.

Team lead on community consultation strategy, including drafting and presenting materials for open houses, engaging directly with interveners to negotiate settlement agreements, and representing projects in municipal and public forums.
