Over the past few years, my diverse roles have equipped me with a comprehensive skill set that spans various aspects of design and development. As a WordPress developer at ClarityEnglish, I honed my technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while building blog websites and providing technical support.

My journey took an exciting turn as a UX/UI Designer at Connect Education Inc., where I transformed their website using Webflow and improved online services for teachers and parents. My proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot allowed me to implement effective SEO strategies and gain insights into user behavior. Additionally, I had the opportunity to enhance brand engagement through captivating social media graphics.

My tenure as a UX Designer/Researcher at Superhairpieces involved gathering user insights through various methods like live user checkers, interviews, and surveys, resulting in improved e-commerce experiences. Working as a Social Media Designer at TechDi allowed me to contribute to brand growth through engaging Instagram content strategies.

A significant highlight was my role as a Graphic & UX Designer at WeMine Limited, where I contributed to an AI restaurant recommendation app. This experience included collaboration with data scientists, developers, and project managers, as well as creating NFT branding and graphic materials for promotions.

My internships at GASOL and Tachycardia A&T Limited further enriched my skills by designing diverse interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and even contributing to AR app experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lastly, as a Graphic Designer at StartPrint Hong Kong, I focused on designing websites, graphics, and print materials, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand presence.

My education journey has provided me with a solid foundation for my career in design and technology. At City University of Hong Kong, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Creative Media with a specialized focus on Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). This comprehensive program allowed me to delve into the intersection of technology and user-centered design, honing my skills in creating meaningful digital experiences.

Prior to this, I completed a Higher Diploma in Multimedia Design & Technology at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, specializing in Visual Design and UI/UX Design. This hands-on program equipped me with practical skills in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

My education has been enriched by proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle, Zeplin, and Adobe XD. I'm also well-versed in programming languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C++. In terms of design methods, I am adept at user research, data analysis, information architecture, user flow design, journey mapping, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
