Tracey Brooke PR Marketing April 2022- Sept. 2022 Remote Summer internship 

   This internship required to write press releases for social events, find and contact social media influencers, collaborate with marketing specialists to discuss marketing strategies for a fashion and utility wear brand and create relevant content for fashion brands. 

 Advisor at Volvo and Mack April 2022- May 2023 Volvo and Mack, Dorval 

I was delivering expertise in Trucks to inquiring customers,  administering service requests related to heavy truck repair, taking calls, setting up appointments, maintaining orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts. 

Returns and Exchange Agent June 2020- Nov 2021 Ikea, Montreal 

This job required me to operate the return register. At one point, I was working in the resolution department, working on resolving customer concerns independently by assessing problems and delivering solutions quickly. I was also sending out emails to customers requiring special assistance

 Receptionist Nov 2016 - May 2017 Real Driving School, DDO 

I was organizing and scheduling classes by using Microsoft Calendar, following cash flows using Microsoft Excel and efficiently answering customer calls regarding service information

I did an undergraduate in BComm, majoring in Marketing. During my years of studying, I found service dominant logic and social media marketing the most interesting. I also took interpersonal communication and psychology classes for my electives which  I found really interesting.
