Jason Eagan

Well rounded bicycle industry veteran. I have worked in both retail and wholesale/manufacturing settings in this field. Fully qualified bicycle mechanic and wheel builder. Years of experience with customer service and sales. Currently looking for a new opportunity that will take advantage of my experience and assets. 

Since the age of 18 I've almost worked entirely within the bicycle industry. In retail I've done everything from sales, to general management, and head mechanic. On the manufacturer side of things I was the head of customer and technical services for Europe, Middle East and Africa. I work well on my own and as part of a team, and have managed a shop with as many as 10 employees very recently. 

BA in Sociology from Trent University (1993)

Completed the vast majority of the Shimano S-Tec Training and Sram training. Have had e-bike training from Specialized bicycles. 

Decades of experience as a bike mechanic. I've always made sure to stay up to date with current and evolving technologies, and I have a keen sense of product knowledge. Also am an experienced wheel builder.
