Familiar with the usage process and methods of autonomous checkout machines, guide and assist 100+ customers to complete product transactions (mobile phones and phone cards), with a cumulative processing amount of 100,000+, and customer satisfaction reaching 100%. Actively communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback, collect multiple opinions and propose 4 effective measures that are adopted by supervisors to effectively improve customer shopping experience.
