• Perform vehicle quality inspection as per BMW standards and work as a team to reduce the assembly KPI. 
• Verification with the updated technical changes, IMSYS, Field Alert, Quality Alert, APQP before commencing inspection. Verifying PMP for causer clarification and status of the defects. 
• Monitoring and ensuring the process completion by verifying the AIC (Assembly Inspection Card). Validating the functional (QZF) and static (QZS) quality of the vehicle. 
• Adept at documentation and reporting process with strong verbal and written communication skills. Preparation of check Sheet, FMEA chart & work instruction, skill matrix and managing rework validation, sign-off and manpower allocation.
• Rating according to B.I. (Bavartan Index) standards, if any concern is identified. Analyzing the route cause and solving issues through 8D concepts, PDCA cycle, 5 Why Analysis. 
• Coordinating escalation process and receiving feedback through PISS in the team.
• Inspecting the paint process at final stage and justifying the AG and Assembly issues. 
• Overall validation of the vehicle at the test track and finish line (PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION). Preparing the shift handover sheet & calculating the first time quality loss and gain. 
• Leading and supervising the team of technical staffs of engineers and trainees.
• Ensuring incoming part quality as per group standards through effective communication and problem solving.
• Collaborate with team in ensuring supplier quality assurance.

Junior Engineer – Overhead Sub Assembly                                  Sep 2010 – April 2015

• Assembles components by studying assembly manual, work instructions, assembly drawings, and part lists; line balancing, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials
• Examines connections for correct fit; and performs assembly of engine parts, front end module, front axles, rear axles, overhead and power train processes
