With due respect,  My Name is Jayan Francis, and I am interested and willing to apply for the opening. I am a Graduate of Computer Application (BCA) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh in India. Then after I had completed Technical training and certification in IT infrastructure Management from CMC Ltd. I am also having MCSA certification in server 2012 from Microsoft and I am also having ITIL v3 Certification in service management. I also worked as a System Support Engineer and IT FMS support Engineer with the IT administration department at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) for more than 3 years. I have More than 5 years of experience in customer support and customer service with efficient knowledge of customer handling. In my previous job, I worked as a Senior Support executive in one of the product-based companies in Indore, India.  Recently I am pursuing my post-graduation in  Data Analytics for Business course from St. Clair college, Winsor.
