Hello , I have done many things throughout my life and acquired skills in property management. Handyman work, repairs to properties, painting, working with tools, machinery (ex: skid steer, loader, fork lift, picker truck , weed Wacker, lawnmower, chainsaw, hand tools). Also have a class 3Q driver's license. Done commercial driving for many years with a clean abstract. Manager skills, working in fast-paced environment, team leader etc.

Experience

For the past 15 years or so I have worked properly management jobs on and off. Handyman work, fixing repairs, Yard work, yard maintenance. Also dealing with tenants, cleaning etc. I also drive commercial vehicle Class 3Q endorsement with a clean abstract. I've operated some heavy equipment such as loader, skid steer, forklift, picker truck, power jack.

Education

I have taken all my courses several times throughout my life! First aid, csts, can't find space, h2s, ground disturbance, fall arrest, forklift training. Also been trained in operating heavy equipment. A lot of my training is life experience. Started working Property management at 17 years old with my father.
