I always had that "A friend in need is a friend indeed" kind of an aptitude. I was ever ready to help others with whatever I had. This, initially, became the purpose for me pursuing my career in the field of Medical & Health Care. But God had some other plans, and out of no where, I became a proud member of HR Fraternity.

Started my career as a Recruitment Executive with an Employment Agency and was able to handle clients directly within a short period of 8 months. But recruitment was just one aspect of the HR Domain I had experienced. The hunger for more led me to a Tech House as HR Executive. Not only I learned other important HR functions but also fell in love with Digital Marketing.

After having a great learning experience of 1.7 years, an opportunity came to put myself in bigger shoes and lead the HR Department from the front of another Tech Inclined Organization. That was the leap of faith I was willing to take which eventually proved to be a good decision.

Last but not the least, I got another chance to take all my gained experience, implement it and experiment with my magic spells at a growing Tech House.

People say diversification is not useful in the long run, but I think only diversification can bail you out these days from certain bottle-neck situations. That is why learning should never stop.
