I have numerous years of experience in the customer service field as I worked at Zara Canada and Best Buy Canada. At both these places, I worked as a cashier and customer service representative. I also have some experience in the financial field as I recently worked with the Office of the Superintendant of Financial Institutions as a Risk Analyst and at RBC as a Financial Reporting Analyst. My skills include customer service, analytical skills, Microsoft Office, and interpersonal skills

My latest professional experience was as a Financial Risk Analyst at the Office of the Superintendant of Financial Institutions. My other professional experiences include being a Leads Intake Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency and a Financial Reporting Analyst at RBC. My other roles include being a Cashier/ Sales Associate at Zara Canada and a Omni-Channel Specialist at Best Buy Canada.

I studied at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, maintaining a 3.57 GPA. I am attaining a Bachelor of Commerce degree, as I studied in the Accounting and Finance Program, majoring in Finance.
