Experience
- Ensured assigned buildings and client rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily and report to the housekeeping supervisor during and at the end of shift
- Performed housekeeping duties for each assigned hotel room and washed, dried, folded and delivered linens to appropriate departments
- Responsible for delivering supplies requested by guests to appropriate room and floor
- Clean and disinfect public areas, recreational facilities, and dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and empty all garbage into appropriate receptacle
- Ensured high standards of cleanliness of the interior common areas and vacant units prior to the move in of new tenants of five apartment buildings
- Efficiently completed assigned tasks to achieve and maintain productivity and high client satisfaction to reinforce effective time-management for other staff
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring tools, and equipment are kept in good condition and reporting any damages to management
- Responsible for the clean-up and removal of fire damaged property while using proper safety training and PPE
- End of shift ensured supplies were stocked, set up and ready for following day
- Cleaned and sanitized patient rooms and completed online courses to ensure knowledge of work safety
- Was always courteous of Client/Patient schedules and was able to complete work on time
- Participated in daily safety meetings to ensure the quality of work and the communication of any safety issues

I received Honors in the Veterinary Office and Technical Assistant program offered in Calgary Alberta at Robertson College.
