Jenn is a Masters Level Registered Social Worker with over 15 years experience in accessibility advising, consulting, and training. She developed 4th House Consulting Ltd. in response to a growing need to expand labour market diversity and cultivate healthy work environments.

​Using a culturally safe, practical, solutions-based approach, 4th House Consulting Ltd. specializes in strategic planning and training for organizations who want tailored, innovative solutions for workplace accessibility. ​

​Jenn also provides evidence-based, intersectional, culturally inclusive counselling services for mental health professionals, mental health caregivers, Indigenous persons, and individuals looking for workplace accessibility guidance, and career counselling.

I am an MSW Social Worker specializing in accessibility, equity, diversity, inclusion and reconciliation. My experience includes teaching, career management, policy development, research, curriculum, project management, operational frameworks, professional development, and one-to-one consultation and service provision. My approach is strength-based, solution-focused and grounded in intersectional, critical disability and decolonization theory.
