I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with extensive experience in project management, customer success and team leadership through my experience in Marketing, Sales and Event Planning. I have a passion for delivering results and thrive in dynamic environments where I can leverage my skills to drive success and exceed expectations.

I have over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, administration, and event planning. I have a talent for customer service, project management, and event planning, delivering 100% on-time and on-budget. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,  and other software systems and CRMs. My experience includes being an employment recruiter, operations and client relations specialist, professional relations services and professional learning/curriculum services assistant, sales/event planner, marketing/advertising manager, event services manager, account manager, marketing manager, and executive assistant in various companies. I have worked with international offices and coordinated events with political leaders, unions, and the general public.

My education and certifications demonstrate my versatility, adaptability, and commitment to learning, which showcase my ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.

The combination of a recent Agile Project Management course from edX, a COVID-19 (Level A) Certificate from SafeSet International, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. The earlier completion of a Business Administration program from Sheridan College, and a Marketing Management Diploma from Niagara College further add to a well-rounded education in both business and project management.
