Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in response to your job posting numbered in the subject heading.

To tell you one thing briefly about myself before jumping into work related items Aside from work, I foster rescued animals and have been involved in the animal rescue “field for several years.” To date we have rescued 35 dogs, and found all of them homes  including 1 of which ended up at becoming my families personal pet. I am very proud of this, as I do see it as a worthwhile cause.

I have multiple years in the service and customer service industries. I am adept at answering customer inquiries, responding to needs, or complaints, and addressing unique concerns on the fly. I’ve worked in fast paced environments for most of my life, and I strive to provide the best customer experience possible, both as an individual and as part of a team. I am accustomed to answering emails, telephone calls and even the odd letter. I knew 80% of my customers on a first name basis, and I take pride in this. It is that h computer uman connection even though it may be through a or phone that will keep customers coming back. I am a quick learner, pay attention to detail, can multitask, am punctual and organized. I set up a customer rewards program from my previous place of employment. I am currently completing my honours BA with aspirations of attending law school. I thrive in fast paced energetic environments that allow me to multitask. I am computer literate. This includes Word, email, excel, teams, office, windows, mac and social media. Again I am a quick learner and will have no problem learning anything I do not know quickly as I am a quick learner. Currently I am in the construction industry and  I recently had the pleasure of completing my joint health and safety representative certification, my AODA  certificate and am co-chair for my companies JHSC (as well as being a safety rep.
