I want to help others learn new strategies when it comes to benefitting their well-being and mental health. I am enriched by nature, the fresh air cleanses my soul from the dark polluted air of the cities in which most of us live. I love the outdoors and traveling to see the different wildlife that varies across the beautiful country where I live. I have a strong belief that one holds a growth mindset to get better at something through the dedication of time, effort, and energy. Over years with the experiences, I have been granted, I have learned that you can achieve anything if you have passion. I very much enjoy learning about the past experiences of others to better my self-understanding of the world and "why things happen the way they do". I love culture and spirituality, one of my most beloved hobbies is cooking because food has influenced culture for many centuries through tradition, religion, and family. I very much enjoy helping others and watching personal growth, I love communicating with the community and learning new things!
