• Responsible for the correct preparation from and on time processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll in compliance with all Federal and Provincial legislative requirements.
• Record, prepare and remit union remittances in line with remittance schedules.
• Process employee terminations and prepare ROE’s.
• Prepare and process year-end reconciliation and T4’s and other employment documents as requested.
• Track time off, vacation entitlement and banked time.
• Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets and quick inputs submitted from site administrators.
• Organize and maintain payroll documents, both manual and electronic.
• Effectively collect and maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis; review changes for proper authorization and adherence to Rotaflow's policies.
• Assist and cross-train in other accounting duties and administrative work.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Handle inquiries related to payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
