JESSICA Daniele Da Costa Leandro

My name is Jessica Daniele da Costa Leandro, I'm 30 years old, originally from Brazil, and currently living in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. I'm married and a Permanent Resident of Canada.

I have built a diverse career focused on customer service, caregiving, and supervision. I worked as a Caregiver at Youth Impact Jeunesse in Saint John (2023–2025), where I supported youth with empathy, safety, and trauma-informed care. Before that, I was a Key Holder and Supervisor at Dollarama in Moncton (2022–2023), gaining valuable leadership and teamwork experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Earlier in my career, I also worked as a Cashier in Paranaguá, Brazil (2013–2014), which was my first professional experience serving customers directly.

I am fluent in Portuguese and English and have completed certifications in First Aid, Trauma Informed Care, and Flight Attendant training through ANAC and the Inflight Institute. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for people, ensuring safety, and working as part of a team.
