Results-driven and consumer-focused Food Scientist with global experiences in product development, including successful product launches across Europe and Southeast Asia: plant-based seafood, baked goods, confections, snack seasonings, sauces, and beverages. Currently pursuing a PhD in Food Science (willing to transfer to part-time for the right opportunity), with a strong interest in applying scientific knowledge to real-world innovation. I have worked in Product Development for 6 years for the purposes of flavour application, consumer acceptance enhancement, process efficiency improvement, and regulatory compliance across different categories: baked goods (England and France), confections (England), plant-based seafood (France), snack seasonings (Indonesia), sauces (Indonesia), and plant-based milk (Indonesia).

I hold an MSc in Food Innovation and Product Design (Erasmus Mundus from AgroParisTech, France, and Technological University Dublin, Ireland) and a BSc (Hons) in Food and Nutrition (Coventry University, England).
