♦ 2025: Field Service Representative; StandardAero Energy

♦2025/02/10, Travel to W&T Offshore to troubleshoot the oil venting on the air inlet vent. Replace a worn compressor front labyrinth seal.

♦ 2024/12/07, Travel to W&T Offshore USA to replace the extension shaft on the platform in the Gulf of Mexico.

♦ 2024/03/07, Replace transitions on a 501k KB5 turbine at LHSC in London, Ontario, after quarterly inspection

♦ 2024/02/29, Traveled to London, Ontario, to dismantle and overhaul an Allen Gear gearbox ASG30 on a KB7 package

♦ 2024/01/15, Dismantle Allen Gear Gearbox ASG27 and overhaul, inspect, and rebuild at Windsor University in Ontario, Canada

♦ 2021/11/23, Traveled to Cali, Colombia, to inspect and repair a 501KB7S turbine

♦ 2020/04/23, Traveled to Princeton University in USA to inspect LM1600 turbine and replace the combustion liner

♦ 2019/01/13, travel to Delkescamp in Germany to inspect and repair the turbine and install the water system.

♦ 2019/09/20, traveled to OMV to troubleshoot the oil problem on their Centrax package.

♦ 2018/11/15, Removal and full dismantle of Allen Gear ASG30 gearbox at London Health Science Center in June. Inspect all parts and replace the bearing in June 2018.

Reassemble the gearbox and return it to service.

Traveling to our customers to do Rolls-Royce 501K inspections and turbine repairs on-site. Including removal and dismantling of the turbine, and replacement of liners, bearings, seals, etc.

Troubleshoot power plant vibration, oil system, and other operational issues.

Installation and commissioning of new packages. E.g., London Health new package, commissioned 11/2012.

Inspection, installation, and commissioning of GE LM1600 Gas Generator and ELM 116 Power Turbines. 

Inspection of Allen Gear Gearboxes and replacement of bearings on the drive gears.

2004 – 2010 Gas Turbine Engine Repair & Overhaul Technician; StandardAero Energy

♦ Serviced aero derivative gas turbines; Rolls-Royce 501K, KB, KB5, KH, KF, KB7, K17, K34,       KB7S engines and Dresser Rand Power turbine units, including dismantling, inspection,       and assembly of engines in accordance with the overhaul manual.

1991 – 2002 Aero Engine Technician; Botswana Defence Force, Thebephatshwa Air Base, Botswana

♦ Serviced military aircraft engines – especially T56-A-7B Power Plant engines 

   (Hercules).

♦ Service of pistons, turboshaft, turboprop, remove and install propellers, and removal 

   and installation of engines and related components. Rigging and doing some 

  adjustments on the engines. 

♦ Assisted with the maintenance schedules of airframe and electrical systems 

♦ Assists with aircraft painting and hydraulic systems.

♦ Supervised ten subordinates – assured daily inspection of aircraft before and after flight

    by stringent policies and guidelines

♦ Trained new employees on the tasks required – maintaining high levels of

     quality assurance at all times.

♦ Oversee that the integrity and cleanliness of the service bay are maintained at all times. ♦ Offered leadership and mentorship to subordinates to build a cohesive team.
