I am interested in continuing my career in the IT\Telecommunications field and feel that I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to a company seeking to fill a position that I may qualify for.

I have spent many years in the VoIP/SIP/Cloud world of Telecommunications working closely with IT professionals to resolve issues that arise between the voice and data worlds. I have experience in IP networking, telecom clustering of complex multi-site locations as well as single-site configurations.

I also have experience troubleshooting desktop applications that are installed on end users PCs or cell phones.

I feel I possess excellent communications skills and can converse with clarity which is proven with over twelve years as a remote technician assisting customers and fellow technicians alike on emergencies, technical issues or installations in an environment that is often fast paced and results driven.

I possess a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Telecommunications field. I have an extensive amount of working knowledge on the Mitel product line and am currently up to date on all certifications for all products they manufacture. I am looking for an opportunity to bring my skills to a forward thinking company where I feel I can be an asset and make a difference.
