Hello I`m very interested in the position of landfill attendant at the Nanaimo Landfill. Below is a summary of my work experience and technical training I have completed in the past. I feel this gives me a well rounded background in a number of different work environments as well as working with the public. I would also point out that i have a all wheel drive vehicle so that making it to work in all seasons would not be an issue.

Self employed painter since 2006 to currently. 

Property manager 2008-2018 

• Property manager for an eight suite rooming house
• Duties included conflict resolution between tenants, late rent discussions, cleaning of bathrooms and shared areas of building and garbage removal.

1987 to 2006 support services manager at Nanaimo Travellers lodge. 

• Performing all maintenance functions  and painting as well as management  of the housekeeping department.
• Housekeeping supervisor responsible for training staff in WHIMS, safety, and cleaning procedures; providing staff support and completing staff performance appraisals
